The sculpture First Spark is an artistic expression of the value a new life holds. This unique value is inferred in an existential explosion that shouts out to us:

I EXIST!XXXXI HAVE VALUE!XXXXI WANT TO LIVE!

FIRST SPARK REPRESENTS THE FIRST MOMENT OF A NEW LIFE
THE LARGE ROUND SHAPE REPRESENTS THE FEMALE CONTRIBUTION TO CONCEPTION
THE BLACK ELLIPTICAL SHAPE AND TAIL REPRESENT THE MALE CONTRIBUTION
THE BRIGHT RED SPARK IS THE MYSTERY OF A LIFE STARTED

How do I know what's being shouted? Because I know what I would have shouted, if I could have shouted at my first spark. Listen as a new life speaks with inferences which cannot be ignored. Then speak in support of new life and life nurturing:

My first spark of life says XXXX"Like you, I exist!"

My inherited traits infer XXXX"Like you, I am one of us."

My propensity for expression infers "I have purpose in life."

My reaction to your stimulus says "My purpose involves you."

My vulnerability says XXX"I am dependant on your compassion."

My expression of the beauty of my person infers "I have value."

My interaction with you saysXXXXXX "I want to share my value."

My determined reach infers "I want to live my potential."

My destiny before me infers XXXX"My future is intended."

My struggle with entropy infers "I desire to grow."

My sum of this says "My life wants to live!"

Envision that this is your first spark. Knowing what you know now from your mature awareness, what would your first spark have shouted to assert your existence, your value, your right to live and make choices and fulfill your destiny?
